Can I send a text message requesting a review for a specific tour?

Yes! It can be very confusing for a consumer to have to filter through all your business reviews to find the ones for the tour they are interested in, especially on TripAdvisor.If your business offers multiple tours, you can send a unique review link for each tour.

Many tools on the market are only able to send a general link to your main business page on TripAdvisor. Because of our integration with FareHarbor, we know who took which tour, and can send an SMS link for the specific tour booked.

You mention TripAdvisor; can I request a Google review?

Absolutely. One of the most successful ways to grow your SEO with Google is to encourage Google reviews. Our SMS integration allows you to pick the platform you want to push, whether it is TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp, or any other review platform.

To reiterate what we stated above, the review platform you request can be different for each tour. For example, you might want to focus on TripAdvisor reviews for new tours. Or, if your tour was booked via TripAdvisor, you know they will be sending a review request anyway, so send your review request for Google.

Will the SMS link take the customer right to the review screen?

Yes. We know that the fewer links someone has to click, the better. That’s why we help you to link to the Google lightbox pop up, and other direct pages.

Is there an SMS Management area for my entire team?

YetiText has complete team management capability.  Once you initiate an SMS conversation via a review request, check in; or otherwise, the thread is immediately in queue and can be picked up and managed by multiple team members seamlessly.   What about AutoText?  Yes! For example, you can easily create an AutoText where texting P for Parking or A for Address results in a customized, automated response.

Is there a customer messaging website pop up option?

Currently, this feature is not offered from YetiText, but they are working on it. In the meantime, tools like Crisp, Intercom, LiveChat, and more. Pricing for these tools is $40-100 per month.

Why do I need TourAvantage with YetiText?

This connection is all about timing.  TourAdvantage and Drip give you the ability to trigger email campaigns based on the start, or end of the tour.  YetiText gives you ability to replace these email campaigns with customized SMS messages.  The result – SMS review requests sent just after your tours end– resulting in more reviews, better search-ability and ultimately, independence from OTAs.

How much is the SMS functionality?

TourAdvantage customers using our Premium Package can integrate with YetiText for only $45 per month + $5 for each texting phone number (you usually just need one) + pennies per text.
